Our innovative Aluminium Warm Core doors consist of high performance, insulating aluminium frames with the choice of double or triple glazing, providing great thermal efficiency, security and style.

The key element of these frames is an efficient, multi-chambered, insulating thermal core as opposed to the more common polyamide thermal breaks found in many existing doors and windows. Constructed to provide an optimised 70mm front to back sash depth with double-strength sash corners and internal aluminium cleats, the frames are extremely robust.

Constructed using stylish, yet hardwearing, brushed aluminium housing a thermal core and 28mm double glazing, the doors have an impressive U-value of 1.5 W/m²K, compared to 1.8 W/m²K required by current industry standards for replacement doors. By upgrading to 44mm triple glazing the U-value can be improved to 1.0 W/m²K, further increasing the thermal efficiency of your property, which in turn can mean lower bills.
